Wanted to retry and see if the chain improved. It'd been years since I've been. It was mediocre. The salad bar is very boring not the freshest. The food was way overpriced. I got steak. I could have got much much better bigger steak at Texas roadhouse for much less. Portions suck and the waitress was gone for long periods of time but was nice. Won't be returning. Very dissapointed. Food was good though so 2 stars

Been too long a time since i'd been in a Ruby Tuesday's so I sauntered in for a burger for lunch. The place was pretty dead for 2pm, maybe 4 people in the whole place, which works out for me because the wait for the food will be nullified. Bar had a few large TV's and was nicely appointed, the dining area was big yet cozy with wood trim everywhere. I went with a Pretzel Roll Burger with Portobello Mushrooms and Onion Rings on it. It was really full of flavor and hit the spot. However I did order it Medium and it was closer to Well than I appreciate, but it didn't kill the burger totally. To deduct a star for it would be nit-picky on my part. First keg of Sam Adams Summer Ale was on tap as well, so all is forgiven. Waitress was nice enough, but maybe just enough. She was quick, efficient and got everything out to me very quickly, however she was a bit robotic, like she was running a script on how to get money, not really into it. Again, nit-picky. You get 4 stars Ruby's, but you remind me more of Red Robin than the last time I was here.

Very poor service. Sat at the bar finished eating 15 minutes ago still have a plate setting in front of me. There are 3 bar tenders here and what I think is a manager. Food was ok that's why two stars not one.

Impressed. Boy has Ruby Tuesdays made a comeback. Salad bar was very fresh, burger made to order. Accommodated allergies! Servers were attentive and restaurant was clean.

My boyfriend and I stopped here yesterday for an early dinner at 3:30PM. We were seated immediately. I hate sitting at a two seat booth when a restaurant is empty (literally, we were the only ones there) Makes me feel clusterphobic. My boyfriend ordered a bacon burger while I ordered the Ruby Mini's that came with salad bar or soup. There wasn't an option to get the mini's and fries. I was stuck paying $10.29 for food I wasn't going to eat. Food took a decent amount of time to arrive. After we took our first bites our waitress dropped the bill off. We felt rushed. Not to mention we had a coupon and we wanted to get a dessert as well. My boyfriend got his burger medium rare and it came out well and my mini's were pretty burnt. We've never had any issues here before that's why we chose this restaurant to eat at. Service was slow. Salad bar was missing several items. We thought that if a place is dead that cooks have more patience and time to prepare orders. Prices are a little steep. Even with a coupon our meal was $20, without appetizer and dessert and just one pop.

I love this place! The service is great, the food is always hot. And the salad bar is addicting! And I love the little biscuits they give you. This is one of my favorite restaurants.

We went to Ruby Tuesdays in Chesterfield,Mi this afternoon. As always the salad bar was fresh and clean. I usually get the tilapia with shrimp but today I tried the Cajun jambalaya pasta with shrimp, chicken and sausage. It had grilled peppers and onions....it was absolutely amazing. I was surprised by how good it was! The portions was very large. It was almost to big to eat in 1 seating. And our waitress was very friendly and attentive.

Had dinner there this evening. Waiter was very friendly and very nice. Salad bar was very good. We waited forever for our order and the place was only about 1/3 full. Food finally came and my burger was like a charcoal briquet. Another diner in our party got a well done steak which was ordered medium. Waiter apologized and brought another well done steak. We asked that it be taken off the bill. They took the wrong order off but the manager said it was within 50 cents of what should have been taken off. So they can't cook meat and their computer skills are questionable. Overall a disappointing experience. I'm grateful they adjusted the bill but the manager didn't really seem very sorry for the inconvenience. Try the Applebee's down the road. Had a great dinner there a couple of weeks ago.

The food was excellent and the service was on point. The ribs were so damn tasty! We also had the chicken tender dinner which was fresh definitely not frozen. The salad bar is worth every penny of the extra $2.99. We didn't have a good experience at the Roseville location so we prefer this location instead and it is a world of difference.

The waitress was on point, the food was cooked good to order only downfall was that they put mayonnaise on it. Wasn't happy about that would prefer to be asked if I wanted it. Overall decent experience.

My friends and I could not believe the poor service, dirty conditions, and incorrectly cooked food. It was a Sunday medium evening, but the server was so inconsistent, did not respond to our incorrectly cooked food with concern and the meals were not fixed. The salad bar was appallingly filthy and not kept up. We did bring our issues to the management and were supposed to be contacted. Still waiting it's been weeks. Drinks made wrong, no refills, given, staff did not come back to check on our food-then when we showed the wrongly cooked burger, the other meal had the sauce still on that we requested off etc. Very disappointed.

Poor service! Waitress didn't even say hi, never took our good order and walked away, no saying thank you, absolutely nothing. We noticed her a few minutes later eating at the bar with another co worker! Our waters went empty and we had to ask for refills! The bathrooms were disgusting, pee on the toilet, smelled, toilet paper all over the floor. The salad bar had old salad in one dish it was a complete mess. The place was not busy at least there's no reason the salad bar looked so messy. I will never go back. I spent $70.00! Horrible place!

I used to always think of Ruby Tuesday as another TGI Friday's, Applebee's, or Chili's. I grouped them into the same category of reasonably priced, "meh" food. Ruby Tuesday, I think, is better than your typical "normal" chain restaurant. Not only does the inside seem a little fancier, the food is both presented better, and tastes better. I haven't had a bad experience here, and I'd choose this over the nearby Applebee's any day.
